Eventhough she was caught to tsunami on 26 th of December 2004,she has not lost her determination. She has fulfilled her duties for 89 years and is ready to do the same in the future, even if she has to face challenges , the students of MR/Batheegama Maha Vidyalaya are ready to face them. Our Present Principal Mr Senerath Abeysiriwardana is doing a great job to uplift the level of our school.Teachers who are rich with various talents serve in our school.
